Course description:
Our combined course package includes both the Security Guard Course and Emergency First Aid with CPR Level C training, all in one convenient package. This comprehensive training program has been designed to meet the requirements of the Private Security and Investigative Services Act and Ministry Code of Conduct.
As a student, you will learn the essential skills and knowledge required to become a successful security guard, as well as emergency first aid and CPR procedures to respond effectively in the event of a medical emergency. Our course has been approved by WSIB, ensuring that you receive high-quality, accredited training that meets the requirements to obtain your Ontario Security Guard Licence.
With our combined course package, you’ll spend a total of 48 hours in training, with 40 hours of online learning for the Security Guard Course and 8 hours of (4 online + 4 In-class) instruction for the Emergency First Aid and CPR Level C training. You’ll learn everything from basic security procedures, Canadian legal system, report writing, use of force theory, health and safety to treating injuries, burns, and other medical conditions.
